AMW was founded in 2007 as a private business of Mr. Miroslav Výboh with the main commercial focus on the acquisition and development of prime commercial real estate
projects located in Slovakia held both for income generation and capital gain purposes.

Willing has been and is a regular partner and supplier for the Defense Department not only in Slovakia but also abroad. Significant contracts were made in Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Hungary. Among the important references in defense field were the representations of companies such as former Alenia Aeronautica and Agusta Westland (both today Leonardo SpA Italy), Rheinmetall Defense Electronics and Oerlikon Contraves (now Rheinmetall Defense Germany), RSK MIG (Russia), Luch (Ukraine ), Rafael (Israel) as well as Czech Zbrojovka Uh.Brod.
